'Outside of the first night, our visit was great. We had a not so great neighbor on the first night however I was able to contact the host and they did everything in their power to make things better and that neighbor checked out the next morning…. So thankful the rest of our stay was so relaxing'

What an absolutely perfectly cozy little home and so close to Pamlico Sound and the Sea! Everything in the house was exactly what we needed for our 38th anniversary mini-vacation. Eagle Pass Cabina may look somewhat plain and unassuming from the outside, but once you set foot inside, it is so very cozy and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable...

'Four adults stayed here The home appeared clean upon entry. More seating or an additional chair in the living area would be nice for adults. Our only complaint was the stairs and the amount of stairs in this unit. Not advisable for anyone with knee or back issues. We felt the stairs were very awkward. I’m not sure it’s an ideal place for anyone with small children. Aside from that, the two on suite bedrooms were just right for our stay. '

'Favorite part of the house was the amount of books available to read. It reminds me of a family cottage you stay at to escape the hectic world. The reason anyone vacations in Hatteras- to get away and unplug. I feel this house reminds you to do that. '
