'The postcard cabins were clean and comfortable. They had firewood and starters available for you outside the cabin, and some snacks, coffee, hot chocolate and s’mores kits inside. Everything you needed for a great glamping experience. We loved it! '

'The property is just as described and pictured, and everything was in working order. The Owner is very quick to respond to any communication. Less than 10 min. to Bellaire Mountain, and with a fireplace, would make a nice cabin for winter weekend ski getaways. It is small... We were 2 adults and one child--- adults took the bedroom and the child on the futon in the living room. 2 Adults and 2 children would probably max the space; although more could fit it might not be very comfortable....

'My wife and I stayed at the cozy farm guest house 1&2 for two nights. The home is located in a private and quiet neighborhood. The property was clean and had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was extremely easy. They responded quickly to my messages. There is a bedroom and full bath upstairs and on the ground floor, which made it easy when getting ready in the morning. The living room and kitchen area was very comfortable. We will definitely try to stay...

'Cabin was clean and fit our family. Shelly was open with communication and prompt. Air conditioning was portable units. There was not central air or window units, however, the temperature was comfortable. We stayed for a baseball tournament in Cooperstown. Fields were approximately 20 minutes away. We would recommend these accomodations'
