'I travel to Dallas for work regularly. Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

'We really liked the rooftop pool! The room was nice, but lacked a bit of character. Overall, nice place!'

'We brought our 12lbs Morkie to stay with us on our staycation here. The staff brought us dog bowls, dog bed and even treats for our little one. Very helpful, and very accommodating. Nearby restaurants made dinner easy and elegant. Highly recommend The Mexican next door.'

'Rooms and hallways were very clean. Carpeting in the rooms was a little dated, tolerable. Outstanding staff!'

'At arrival I was surprised by the amount of construction on the streets going on around the hotel. 2 there are many homeless people around the hotel. Hotel is isolated and you can’t walk due to safety issues. I was recommended not to walk at dark outside. 3. They have arm security on the premises. Instead of feeling safe I felt unsafe. I was told because they do pool parties security is at must. I was looking for a quiet boutique hotel And it Lorenzo hotel wasn’t for me.'

'Room was noisy. As walls were very thin. Could hear our neighbours TV perfectly well. Woken up early in the morning to the sound of music. Pool and furniture was dirty, and deck was peeling. Furniture was worn out . Needs some maintenance. It was also quite far from downtown although we were expecting to be staying closer to the historic District as that’s where it showed up in our Expedia search. Our mistake for not double checking. This is a hotel that portrays itself as higher end. But...

'Horrible experience. Was told someone broke into my room, the key pad would not open, staff was not accommodating till I literally threatened to call the cops. Not the best area in Dallas either. Would stay at the other others in Dallas when i visit and would never recommend staying here. Also the showers drink water and flood the floors. Disgusting hotel overall.'
