'The house was very clean and had lots of room for all of us. The game room and the sunroom were especially nice to have as places to go away from the children . The pool in the hot tub were wonderful. The access to the beach was excellent. there were shopping malls nearby and places to go for entertainment.'

'The house was very nice and in a good neighborhood. Outside trash can could not be found. I tried to contact the property manager, but VRBO kept telling me I couldn't access the trip. This meant I had no list for check out either.'

'Stay was great! Condo was comfortable and clean. Road work was noisy at times (no fault to the condo) Beware of latch on glass door it locks you on the deck easily. And front door automatic door closer was lose just so you are aware.Loved the proximity to the beach!! Condo had everthing we needed for a great trip!! '

'Cort was a great host. The complex lost water due to a water main break and he offered many solutions at no cost to us to help us out. Place was clean with towels and toilet paper which has been rare for our past VRBO stays. Close to the beach but also 4 pools made it nice to have options. Close enough to Pier Park to hang out but far enough away for a quiet night under the stars.'

'This is the third time we have stayed at this unit. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen cabinets have been painted and a new countertop added since we were there 2 years ago. The beds are comfortable and it’s nice to have fans. Having salt and pepper, and a few more blankets in the house would be nice. It would be helpful to have a vacuum cleaner in the house that can be used by the renters. We enjoyed sitting out on the front deck and looking at the water, and taking walks in...
