'This property was gorgeous and so much better than what I expected from the online photos! We stayed in the Luxury Suite with the garden view and the room was huge, AC worked great, especially loved the tiled bathroom! The staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating. We landed early and they held onto our luggage until our actual check in time, which was greatly appreciated. 'The room description (see also the photo) stated private bathroom (not in room). In reality, the bathroom turned out to be shared. The staff indicated that this was incorrectly listed by Hotels.com. However, a review from another guest shows that this is not an isolated incident but a structural issue.
To make matters worse, the staff began loudly cleaning the kitchen next to my room at 6:45 a.m. If you value privacy and a good night’s sleep, I would recommend looking elsewhere.'
