Flats in Grover Island

'This was one of the best places we have stayed on St. SIMON island.. such a beautiful and CLEAN villa. It was worth the money. It also was personal, quiet, and comfortable. The location was perfect. We will return next year!'

'The condo was very clean and quiet and perfect for my husband and I. It was very convenient to everything by car or bike. The pool was nice and clean. The bikes were an added bonus. We will be back again. David is a great host!'

'This was the worst stay i've ever had. We get there at 4pm (check in time) and the beds werent made, there were towels in the rooms and all over the bathroom. It obviously wasnt cleaned yet, so we left to go eat and at 4:50 the property manager calls and says the cleaning crew was running behind. Parking is very hard to come by after 4, so we get back at 5 and its pouring down rain and we try to get in and the cleaning crew is inside so we had to wait out in the rain with all of our stuff until...

'great spot, quiet neighborhood..met all my expectations..fenced yard for my hounds and great area for walking.'

'This condo had absolutely everything we needed. Probably could have left at least 1/4 of the stuff we brought. The kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms were amazing. A kitchen drawer full of spices. Games. Treats in the refrigerator and freezer. A slushy machine. Bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, dog treats and toys. I would definitely stay here again!!! The only thing we needed that we didn't have was a pizza cutter, but we improvised with a knife, and all was good. Really appreciated...

'We loved our stay! The property is beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed. It was right next to the pool and a short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay again when we return to Amelia Island!'

'Ocean view was nice. Location was convenient.'

'Very clean and a great host. We had a great time.'
