'Reaching the villa is an adventure, driving over a very steep but well drivable narrow road. If you rent a car (you do need a car!!) you should go for a diesel. We didn't. Our Nissan Micra made it barely through the hairpins in first gear. A diesel would have been much easier to drive.
Once there you get an astonishing view over Almunecar, the hills and the sea. Breathtaking! You enjoy this view from the terrace near the (clean) swimming pool or from the terrace in the shade that is equipped for...

'This house was amazing - the house felt like a Spanish home, it was situated in an area not right in the action which was great, but right near the action - restaurants, shops, even Alhambra overlooks - (in walking distance) and the walk was amazing. The views were spectacular from two of the bedrooms. The host was very helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer. '
