'As frequent travelers who have stayed in accommodations across different continents and price ranges, this was one of the more uncomfortable stays we’ve had in terms of noise and overall comfort. We were very disappointed with this accommodation. 'Zeer vriendelijke mensen, je kan altijd iets vragen. Appartement is netjes, keuken voldoende spullen aanwezig. Dicht bij het centrum maar wel een flinke klim. Ik had dit tevoren gelezen, maar het viel me toch nog tegen. Binnenplaatsje is mooi en gezellig. Geen fijne stoeltjes om buiten te zitten. We bleven een week, geen schone handdoeken en moesten steeds toilet papier bij vragen. Dat vond ik wat gênant. Geiser viel soms uit, gelukkig zelf kunnen resetten, anders geen warm water. 'Perfect location for Granada! The room was VERY clean and decoration/amenities were perfect. Although we have lifetime friends in Granada, it was a bit off-putting that we could not invite them to our room and offer a wine while we changed or chilled.'

'It was a bit challenging checking in because we arrived early. The office is several blocks away and doesn’t open until 10. We were able to drop our bags at the office and wonder the city until checking in. The room was awesome, very clean and modern, quiet and secure. The laundry on site was an added bonus. Great central location. Would definitely stay here again.'

'The room is a suite with a kitchen, nice and clean, and affordable. Staff is very nice. We arrived early due to train cancellation by Renfe. We were able to store one backpack there so we could start touring the city before checking in. High-end feeling for sure. Cleaning is offered upon request, but it is not clear if they would charge for that and what is the extra to pay. So try to keep the room tidy if you want to enjoy the whole stay. '
