'How would you feel if all you were offered for breakfast was a bagel and cold cereal? They did have coffee. There was no sign up explaining why no hot breakfast or fruit available. When I contacted a front desk person why she said that they were expecting a delivery soon ☹️. This is a plain management problem. 'Overall the stay was good, but I have some critical points. On the website it says they have laundry facilities. I went to the desk and asked where the room was to do laundry and was told they DON’T have a laundry room, but I was told I could go across the street and do my laundry at a laundromat. The laundry facilities was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel, and I feel it’s not fair to advertise you have laundry facilities when you really don’t. Then there’s an issue with the towels....

'Lobby looked nice, the room was well worn. Neighbors appeared to be long-term residents. Very noisy, family coming and going. Pounding on room doors and yelling to be let in. I wouldn't recommend for peaceful business or family travel.'

'This was a great place to stay for me. When I travel for work, I certainly do not need any of the bells and whistles. The hotel doesn't have much amenities (just a small fitness room and a couple of vending machines) but the room was well modernized and very clean. I got the impression they spent the money on what matters and that's the way I like it. I interacted with two different staff members throughout my stay and both were absolute pleasure to deal with.
