Cottage well located with pub and shop on the doorstep.Easy to get to coastal towns and beaches, or to explore the broadband villages. Nice quiet village location so had a relaxing weekGarden was large and enclosed, so suitable for our golden retriever. There was a rather aged garden bench, but no real facilities to sit out and enjoy the garden, or have BBQ etc.As mentioned in a previous review, the cottage could do with a 'freshen up' some paint peeling on walls, bit of dust in bathroom etc. On balance it is good value for money, the rooms, especially the kitchen and bedroom are compact, but certainly usable. We had no contact with the owner, who left us a nice welcome gift of wine and biscuits, which is a shame, and there was no welcome pack, with info on local pubs restaurants, beaches, recycling and bin info, which was a shame.Pub next door does sort of pub grub you'd expect, we had a Sunday roast and there is a tescos 5 mins up the road and lots of takeaways in Stalham. Overall well worth a visit
