'Property did not live up to expectations. Positives: great communication from owner, and we were allowed to check in early upon request. Also, fantastic location-close to Ellicotville Brewing. Negatives: condo is very outdated. And needs a deep cleaning, black mold in shower, cobwebs on bathroom door, register in bathroom is gross, stained old carpet, drying rack in kitchen has something growing on it. 'Its a studio, but quite a bit more spacious than i was expecting. Location, check-in, communication with the owner, etc were all great. Would definitely recommend for a solo guest or pair of travelers looking for something in this area.'
