'The woman I checked in with at the front desk was kind. The bed was dirty, a big white stain on the blanket. So I got another room. Very noisy, people talking loud and laughing in the breakfast area untill 01.30 AM.'

'We went for a medical appt for our son. We couldn’t get the same room for all 5 days so we asked for a late check out for noon and an early check in so our son didn’t have to be away from a bathroom he has gastrointestinal issues. The staff were amazing!! Thought it might be a couple hours to wait for the new room but they had it ready for us in 15 minutes Transferred from one room to the other. We are truely grateful how helpful they were to accommodate us. The rest of the week was relaxing...
