Hôtel près de Great American Billiards (Sacramento)

« I asked for a king and got a queen size bed instead. Also I called up front desk for a blanket and it never arrived. Need comfier mattresses. Besides that room and hotel was great. »

« Beds are insanely uncomfortable and there are only small pillows on the beds (like throw pillows on a couch). The rooms are very small compared to the pictures and descriptions online. Everything else was great thou. We really liked that it was gated and you needed your room card to get in. »

« Clean room, wonderful staff and good breakfast »

« Very well equipped and comfortable suites hotel. Great breakfast. Location is just off I80 for those going to Tahoe. »

« It was be goog. »

« Nice hotel, quite new. Rooms are big but a little bit noisy for those on the road side. Breakfast is not good at all, should be improved in term of quality. »

« Very nice place to station of you go to Folsom. Nice surrounding to walk alongue the river. »

« Bon hôtel, mais pas assez isolé comme tous les hôtels américains ! »

« The check-in staff greeted us with a smile, helpful and professional. The room was clean and comfy. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely book again. »

« Very nice location. Walking distances to everything in mid-Town. Hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful, welcoming. The room was up to the expected standard with all conveniences and practical. Parking is in a public place next to the hotel and charges $18 max for 24h. Staff told me to make sure not to get in and out in order to avoid being overcharged, and advised to park in the street if I intended to use my car during the day (much cheaper). It was nice to inform. Leave the car in the...

« Friendly staff, clean rooms and breakfast was good. »

« 1) There is something I could not clean on the granite countertop to the left of the stove.; 2) All 3 of the shower amenities need to be filled. There was enough body wash but the shampoo and conditioner were empty. Other than the issues above our stay was excellent. But maybe, since it’s getting colder maybe the continental breakfast could include packets of hot chocolate, packets of hot apple cider. That sort of thing. I am allergic to coffee so it would have been nice to have a hot beverage...

« En Road trip dans Ouest américain, nous avons décidé de passer une nuit pas très loin de Sacramento. Excellente surprise : chambre, familiale, très spacieuse, très station de bonne qualité, petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité également À recommander sans hésiter. »

« Hotel is away from city and nests in business parks. Room is spacious, especially the bathroom. Bed/mattress is comfortable. Shower is slow and weak. Pillows are not comfortable, flat and no support. »

« The rooms were so clean the beds were comfortable we had a great night »

« Séjour convenable. Nous étions surpris de rentrer après une journée à l'extérieur de trouver une chambre non faite et pas de serviettes propres. Un manque de réactivité pour résoudre les problèmes. Le petit déjeuner est pauvre. Mais le cadre rustique est juste incroyable. »
