'Michelle, and her team were truly awesome! We do wish the place would have had a washer and dryer, cooking utensils, more hand and kitchen towels, over door hangers for used towels, also, broom and mop, need more lamps for bedrooms. WiFi was a little spotty, maybe a book with instructions and near by groceries and services. This is our wish list! For the next time we come into Grand Rapids.Can’t wait to come back!!'

'We just needed a place to sleep and shower. Property was fine for this. Parking was kind of tight with narrow drive, but adequate. Plenty of room inside for the two of us. Apartment door must have previously been kicked in and didn’t look very secure. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving anything important inside while we were away. Overall, it worked for sleeping and showering.'

'Bed was comfy with nice sheets. Loved that they had shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash even though we brought our own. Also had soap for laundry and dishes...and extra trash bags. I have been places where you had to get all your own supplies.'

'The location was great and the management company was extremely easy to work with. The unit does need some updates. The kitchen table and chairs were not comfortable and the carpet were pretty worn. The space was fine for 2 people and the kitchen was well equipped (except may need to get some more forks).'

'The property is so unique And beautiful.Just as the pictures show. Bed was comfortable. The room was clean, clean clean. Would definitely book again when we're in the area. It was a perfect over night getaway. Had an issue using the safe, called the number, the gentleman walked us through some steps to reset , made sure we had it set before hanging up. Also had the pleasure of chatting with the gal who cleans when we were leaving. She was so pleasant, shared a few recommendations for a breakfast...

'This small studio has a fun, industrial, and newly renovated vibe. We loved the record player and selection of LPs from the 70s and 80s. It was spotlessly clean and quiet. It's near two parking garages, one of which has an EV charger. The location is fairly central to key Grand Rapids museums and events, within walking or a short driving distance. It is located in the basement, with a large window looking out at a locked exterior stairwell, but the light is good, and there is a darkening shade....

'This place was modern and cute and even had a record player and records, which we enjoyed. The location is right downtown and within walking distance to shops, museums, and restaurants. '
