'I booked a smoking room and got a non smoking room then I had made.food for me.and my partner to save in good cost and couldn't even use the microwave because it was broken had no tables or chairs to sit at no coffee pot couldn't watch TV because you had to pay to watch the TV and the place had roaches and I was not able to get my money refunded as I couldn't stay there it was that unpleasant'

'We had a very bad experience during our stay at Red Roof Inn Buffalo. We had to change our room 3 times. The first room, 218, did not have a functioning air conditioner. The 2nd room, 222, had the smell of smoke in the room and there was a stain on one of the comforters. The 3rd room, 202, had an entrance lock which did not function properly, and left the room unsecured. We finally were able to settle in room 201, although we were locked out for a little when returning from our trip. We had to...

'Staff was very helpful. But I have to say I've never stayed in a hotel/motel that was as poorly cleaned as this. We changed rooms twice and although the 3rd room was better, there was black hair everywhere. Water pressure was really good and bed was very comfortable.'
