« All amenities were in working order, cleanliness was appreciated, pillows were exceptional, indoor noise level was tolerable, staff - both at the desk and housekeeping were pleasant. We didn't use the pools or weight rooms. There were only a few drawbacks. There could have been more kitchen towels, more towel racks in the bathroom. We were on the 2nd floor. The noise from the pools and piped-in music was annoying but understandable. The trees were sparse enough to still view the waves. ...

« It was pet friendly which we absolutely loved. But when we got to the property there were other peoples items on the counters and on the floor! Check in was at 4pm and we got there around 5:30 pm. When I walked in, the items were out and the main bedroom was not made with the sheets rolled up in a mess on the bed and a random blanket on the couch. It was very frustrating as I could not get ahold of the owner until minutes after to check and make sure it was not double booked. If this error can...
