'Carpet was dirty and needs replaced throughout. Floor tile in kitchen was cracked and tile in master bathroom was loose. There was a damaged electric receptacle in 2nd bathroom. None was these things were show stoppers but should be addressed sooner rather than later.'

'Beach Cove Resort. The room was clean and updated. Beautiful view of the ocean. Parking garage was a little tight. The indoor pool/hot tub area didn’t look the cleanest. Outdoor pools looked very nice, weather didn’t cooperate to be able to use them. '

'The view from the 12th floor was stunning! The beach access was nice. Staff was friendly. Condo was clean and had plenty of space for my small family. There were constant issues with the elevators and at least one was out of order at all times, including the parking garage and building elevators. We also had some issues with a loud neighbor all night long, but I realize that is not the owner's fault! Overall, the home itself was fine.
