'The cabin was ready for an early check in if we wanted. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and we loved the beautifulcrafted table. The screened in room was very nice. The beds were comfortable. The house, deck, and dock areas were all nice. We would recommend staying if coming to the area. We visited Tahquamenon Falls, Oswalds Bear Ranch and Benny the Beard Fisher Troll while in the area.'

This home was about 45 mins away from all of the places we explored in the UP so we just had to plan ahead, but other than that it was perfect for our family of 7. 'Great cabin right in the middle of Eastern U.P. which allows easy travel to other great tourist areas in any direction. We went NW to Munising, north to Grand Marais, NE to Tahquamenon Falls, SE to Mackinaw, and SW to Manistique. Cabin came fully stocked with what we needed, included games and movies, and had a nice pond that really added to the peaceful environment.'

'Our visit worked out exactly as hoped, giving us the perfect central location to get to Oswald’s Bear Ranch, Pictured Rocks, Kitch-iti Kipi , Tahquamenon Falls, and Benny the Beard Fisher. A few things to keep in mind though when you choose this property: the upstairs bedroom is an open loft (without a door for privacy), evening dining on the rear deck has a lovely view but is subject to loud road noise, and if you have someone sleeping on the pullouts in the living room it is quite comfortable...
