'Sistemazione molto carina, pulita ed in ottima posizione (pochi minuti d'auto dal centro e 20 min. dalle spiagge).Le foto dall'annuncio sono assolutamente rappresentative e la casa è bella e molto curata.Anche la veranda è comoda ed attrezzata con un ventilatore per le giornate più calde.Unica pecca: il condizionatore di casa molto rumoroso, ma ci si fa l'abitudine.Ottimo soggiorno.Roberto'

'The Blake cottage is perfectly located in downtown Pensacola. You can drive to the beach in about 15-20 minutes, dig your toes in the sand and soak up the sun. Or you can take a walk to Palafox and enjoy all that downtown offers. I took advantage of both and thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Blake cottage. '

The home was charming, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—including little touches like Kleenex, Q-tips, and spices that most places tend to overlook. The shower had great water pressure, and the beds were super comfortable. Pensacola is such a darling town, and this home made the perfect home base for exploring it. Lauren was a fantastic host—very communicative and full of great local suggestions. We’ll definitely be back...

'This place was great. Its sat in the middle of any beach area and the bay is within walking distance. The bed is COMFY!! My only complaint would be the outside light facing firepit to sensitive and kept coming on while we were sitting out at the firepit. We will come back and stay again. '

'The home was very clean, cozy and quaint, however it is next to a very busy highway of which the description states. I contacted the host because I had a question about check-in and couldn't find the key to the laundry room that has a separate entrance from the rest of the house. The host was not very friendly and spoke in an aggravated tone. She told me to check the book for key location for the laundry room however this info was not in the book. My family and I were looking forward to...

'We loved this cute little home! There is another house on the property, but they are not connected whatsoever- we didn’t even see the other guests. This place was perfect for the 2 of us, it would be a little tight with 4 people but you could make it work. The hosts were great and the place had everything we needed! It is incredibly centrally located if you are planning on going to the beach frequently (10 minutes and right next to the bridge) or visiting downtown (3 minutes). Can’t recommend...

'A very cute cottage extremely private. Cannot see it from the road. Very clean. Great day for one night perfect for one person or a couple. Short drive to the beach easy access to get to. I would highly stay here again and I would highly recommend it.'

'Amazing stay! Beautiful place!! Super clean, close to everything including beach! Very spacious for 3 plus our puppy. Kitchen was very well equipped with all utensils needed! I still can’t get over how clean and cute this place was! Will definitely be back here next beach trip! '

'We had a great family vacation here while visiting my niece who is stationed at the naval base! It’s a 10 minute drive to the base, less than 5 minutes to a store, and walking distance to a walking trail around the water. The house was fully stocked with so many amenities not listed on the website, we were so thrilled and surprised! Great host. We will stay here again when we are back visiting the NAS naval academy! '
