'My family of 4 stayed here from a Tues-Sat. My 2 children loved the resort! It was a nice size resort and walking distance to the amenities. Definitely a family resort, or for couples and singles. We met a lot of people visiting. there were 3 pools and a few hot tubs. I would suggest bringing your own donut for the poo and they have a air pump by pool area. 'The location is excellent and the room was very clean and spacious. TV didn’t work upon check in but the staff was helpful. The breakfast was ok, we were not early birds and food that was left was not that appealing. I would definitely stay again, parking was plentiful and I felt very safe.'

You are strictly paying for the beach location, not an updated, high-quality resort. ​The housekeeping/maintenance staff in the hallways were very pleasant, but the room itself was outdated and could have been much cleaner when we first arrived. 'We opted for the room with a partial view. We did not have breakfast, but wish they had a small restaurant on site. My ONLY problem was I could not get hot water in the kitchen. Everything else was great.'

'Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay.'

'My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. '
