'Listing was true to wording. I love that they sent a video of how to find the condo to make it easier on us. Pool was nice 3ft to 6ft and gym had some decent equipment. I did rent the bikes but wasn't able to use them, felt like the road close was to busy to ride any bikes to get to any stores. But I am from the country so people who are city like would probably be more comfortable with it. Place was clean and smelled good. A/c worked amazing as well Only a few cons master bathroom shower takes...

'It was awesome property in a great neighborhood. We loved it!!!!! Our host Misty was very helpful with any questions we had any she responded in a timely manner. Everything with this experience was amazing for my family and I. We will definitely stay at this property again while we're visiting family here. Enjoyed it!!!!!!!'

'Everything was clean, we had everything we needed for our stay. Check in and check out was very easy as well. Loved the location, it was very close to everything! Starbucks around the corner, and great restaurants and the beach only about 6 minutes away. We’d definitely come back. '

'Overall everything was great. The ice maker needs to be repaired. Having it work would have been nice. It was an exceptional value! We were pleased. We had to repair a leak on the kitchen sink drain and we also cleaned a couple of spots (we did not make) on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. The arm on one of the living room chairs is also broken. It was hanging off the side of the chair when we arrived.'

'Great location if your main attraction is the beach! The beach is walking distance from the house. There are popular local restaurants just walking distance from the house as well. The house has another connected to it. We had a neighbor, but NEVER heard them. The kitchen has what you need on vacation. The laundry room has laundry soap and dryer sheets. The king size bed was amazing and very comfortable!!! I slept like a rock! Saint Simon’s is a very nice place to stay if you’re looking for...

'Easy process! Cutest rental, located in a great neighborhood, and convenient to restaurants and the beach. The home was decorated so nicely and the beds were super comfy! The hostess went above and beyond. So grateful and thankful for our wonderful experience. Made some good memories for a special occasion. '

'Tonya was wonderful to work with! She allowed us to check in an hour early and was very thoughtful with dinner recommendations. The house was clean and very comfortable. We were there to move our son into his dorm at The College of Coastal Georgia. This house is in a perfect location to easily and quickly get to the college, downtown Brunswick, St Simons and Jekyll Island. I highly recommend this house! '
