'Very nice room and Tia at reception was phenomenal! We arrived after exhausted and later than planned after hiking Lamington and were warmly received. Parking was tricky because our vehicle was oversized but she was very helpful (we ended up parking on the street for free and paid for a couple of hours the following morning via the city app). Didn’t use the pool or hot tub, tbh the pool looked dirty but could have been from the recent rain from the cyclone in the north.'

'It was OK - nothing special - the greeting on arrival was poor, the antiseptic lemon smell in the foyer was overpowering, and the room furniture was quite old, the breakfast buffet is below average - please teach the chef how to cook bacon and scrambled eggs properly. The bed was comfortable and the view was good. The pool is also great.'
