Handy to tram station shopps and restaurants, try nearby,Homemade Thai restaurant for genuine good Thai food. Staff were friendly , welcoming and efficient. Happy to stay at Quest Southport again.'

'High rise apartments in the middle of high rise jungle and well away from the beach; the building must be constructed during the property boom period with paper thin walls between each apartments: we can hear the neighbors’ spark tube rumbling and they were cleaning their rooms.'

'Roof top bar was very loud! Reception staff did their best offering ear plugs and to move room. No sure moving would have helped… Should be aware if booking the bar is a popular spot. Also disappointed the pool was closed for construction but we didn’t get any warning when booking. Otherwise good location and friendly staff.'

'We stayed for only one night. When we arrived and checked in, there were a few issues with the parking. Later that night, when we returned to the hotel, we experienced another parking issue. After speaking with the reception staff, everything was resolved. Although our stay was short, everything else was great. Thank you!'

'Room smelled and was very outdated. The 2 locks in the doors to the balcony did not work so had to use the bolt. It made getting fresh air in impossible. Rubbish around the pool area was still there the next day.'
