Cottages in Glennie

'Everything was perfect! Host was punctual & kind! Only suggestion I would have is the mattresses need to be upgraded, they thin! Loved the organization of everything though! Great stay overall!'

'This property was going through a management change so there was some confusion all around. I broke both of my arms in an accident, and I called one month before the stay, and they told me that I could cancel up to the week before due to a medical condition. When I called the week before they said there were absolutely no refunds. So I decided to go and just had help with my casted arms. It took a while to get the correct combination for the door. I believe that the second management company...

'Very quaint little cottage near Tawas and public beach. Close to good restaurants. We had a peaceful stay.'

'I loved this place with one important caveat. The bathroom floor is extremely slippery. Socks and dry floor? Bare feet and wet floor? You need to be careful, especially if you're older. I almost did the splits going to use the restroom. The shower is small and you can't keep the curtain in, so the floor will get a bit wet. For most floors this really isn't a big deal, but it's basically like ice. I only point this out because I do not want someone to actually get hurt without at least a bit of a...

'Did not realize the cottage had no air conditioning. We were traveling in the middle of a heat advisory. Even with the ceiling fan and a second box fan, the cottage was too warm to sleep in and we had to make other arrangements'

'No air conditioning! We left Saturday afternoon because it was so hot we couldn’t bare it anymore. Left with 2 fans that’s it'

'The location of this cottage was perfect for a beach vacation. Right on the sand and water Beautiful view. However there was no screen on the front door except a torn up cloth thing that did not work so unable to leave the door open to enjoy the beautiful view. Very inconvenient going in and out allowing swarms of flies to enter Bedroom doors did not close. One bedroom had no mirror while the other one had two. Toilet seat in very bad condition. I would return if the cottage was fixed up. I...

'What’s great place to stay!! Will stay there next time!!!'

'Great veiw and the cabins are nice. We stayed in a 2 bedroom on the water then swiched to the 3 bedroom off the water. And both were nice. The family had a good time the 2 weeks we were there.'

'We enjoyed our stay in Cabin 4. Access to the beach was great, and the cabin was clean and had all the basic things we needed. Our only complaint was that the floor, while swept clean before our arrival, was in dire need of a deep scrubbing. It was grimy and left our feet feeling dirty (again, I’m not talking about sand here). Other than that, we were very content with our stay and were thrilled that this property was dog-friendly. We’d give it a B overall.'

'Second time visiting and we loved it so much and had a great time'

'The cabin was clean, location was great! However it was hard to find there is no sign, address or light to find the property. There were multiple broken screens so windows couldn't be opened. The hot water tank was tiny.. definitely need to speed shower.'
