'I’m very disappointed with this stay and feel it’s important to share my experience for future guests.While early check-in was offered, the access code was not provided at that time, causing unnecessary confusion. Once I did receive the code, I was informed that the hot water “may not be working,” which is a major concern for any stay.Upon arrival, the property was not thoroughly cleaned.
