« We pulled up and I had to double check the pictures to make sure we were in the right place. Went into house and there was a bad odor. Walked in a little further and there were dirty dishes in sink, toilet brush on a bed, and it was apparent that someone was staying there. We quickly left the house and message the host from the car. « Waited 30 minutes for staff to check in no one came so we left to go eat dinner. Came back and waited 5 minutes for staff to come out of office to check in. Pool was closed ( one reason we booked). Breakfast was ok. Muffins were hard, eggs bland so breakfast was ok. Shower pressure sucked! Room was nice and comfortable but got hot in middle of night. »

« The rooms were clean.... because they appeared to newly renovated, no phone in the room no amenities information booklets
The day staff barely spoke English he communicated with shurgs and I don't know the day shift staff pretended you weren't in the room spent more time looking at his laptop cameras
