There are several resorts, one after another, and this one is just as pretty as some of the more expensive ones on the end of the island. 'Beautiful grounds around hotel. Would have preferred more typical Honduran breakfast, more plantain,refried beans, etc.instead of French toast. Enjoyed the pool. Short walk to restaurants, nice beach, grocery stores, shops. Small fridge in room, no microwave. Would love to stay here again. '

'I traveled with my two teenagers and they loved the lodge they liked the feeding the animals too. I appreciated the free breakfast and the quick walk to the beach. Celeste, the owner was amazing and Lorelei at the front office also! Super helpful and helped me with horseback riding for my daughter and charter fishing for my son. Cannot recommend West Bay Lodge enough! We are going back next year too!'
