I arrived to a completely dark hotel. Doors were unlocked to the restaurant, but found no one around. Finally found a number on a door that I messaged and after about 30 minutes he got back to me and send someone down to give me a key. No checkin process, just 'here is your key'.
The room itself was fine. That's the best highlight I can come up with.
I never saw one customer-service staff person the whole three days I was there. Only one pool was filled with water and it looked very dirty. I ran into an on-site maintenance person my second day and asked about a plumbing issue in my room and he just said 'no'. The views were great but the furniture outside was wood with no cushions or even recliner chairs...just kitchen-type chairs.
For the price, spend another $20 a night and stay somewhere that wants guests...this place seems disinterested at best.
