'This is a budget friendly place where local Hondurans from mainland come with their families. All inclusive food and drink was limited to a few mixed drink options and one local beer type and it only has one buffet option with mediocre food but enough variety to find something everyone can eat. There are options to pay for better beers and wine and coffee shop. 'The private beach is a plus. Gets packed for a few hours when the folks from cruises come. By 2pm everyone leaves and you have the beach back all to yourself. The food was great and the staff were very attentive'

'If you’re looking for a tranquil and relaxing experience, away from tourists attractions, Las Verandas is the place. The grounds are well kept and the ocean views are spectacular. The restaurant on site and the poolside bar were amazing. Waitstaff very pleasant and attentive. The beach was very rocky therefore not conducive to swimming but the 2 infinity pools made up for that. We will definitely be returning for another week’s stay.'
