"Nice big room with a good view"

"Valet parking was like a car jack. Before you know you are pulled out of the car. The check in lasted for hours (40min waiting time) once in the room, the room is oké. The complementary douchegel was empty. Not too bad, but with a little extra attention for the customer it would be great!! "

"the hotel is dirty, the rooms are not clean (particularly bathroom), the showers were awful, the personnel unfriendly, the airco makes the noise of 20 heavy duty trucks rumbling on a parking lot. Not recommendable. The only advantage is that it is relatively cheap and relatively close to the airport. Disadvantage, the promised free shuttle goes 2x/hour and never shows up when you need it. "Mooi hotel, ruikt heerlijk als je binnenkomt. Had was issues met bank en creditcard, de manager heeft me hierbij goed geholpen. Fijne locatie, alles (rechtbank, restaurants, concert hall, bar, winkels) wel op loopafstand. Alleen mijn kussen rook best vies, mag vaker gewassen worden. "
