'My experience was exceptional, staff was friendly and helpful I would recommend anybody to stay here'

'Extremely disappointing experience. When we arrived, the first room we were given had not even been cleaned after the previous guests, and we had to wait about an hour for another room. Later, we discovered dirty sheets and had to change rooms again, only to find hair all over the sheets and pillowcases in the next room. Since there was no housekeeping staff available at night, I had to get clean sheets from the front desk and CHANGE THE BED MYSELF. The mattress protector was also torn and full...

'Clean spacious room convenient to get to Sugarland activities as well as Stafford. I had read that this property was under new management, and it is clearly being maintained and managed well. I had seen previous negative reviews, but those all seem to be prior to the new management. We enjoyed the property and the staff. I would stay again.'
