'Een veel te kleine muffige kamer, geen waterdruk in de te kleine douche en een heel vies toilet dat beloofd werd schoon te maken maar helaas werd de belofte niet nagekomen. De tweede dag werd ons doodleuk verteld dat we niet met twee konden dineren in het restaurant want het was te druk. Waardeloze tent!!!'

'Very nice rooms and service was phenominal. It was warm westher wise and the heat was in in the comnon rooms and hallways. So it was very warm inside the castle and in our rooms, that was really my biggest complaint.'

'De sfeer was warm en welcoming. De staff is uiterst attent en zeer vriendelijk. Ik zou dit fijne hotel op loopafstand van de Glenfinnan ‘Harry Potter’ viaduct van harte aanraden. Superstil, prachtig grote tuin aan de voorkant aan Loch Shiel. Op korte rij afstand van Mallaig voor een heerlijke seafood lunch en de witte stranden van de lokale kust daar. '

'Incredibly beautiful property. Appears to be recently renovated as everything was updated and gorgeous. The staff were very kind and helpful. Recommendation was made for a restaurant: Roam West, which is just up the road. Don’t look anywhere else for dinner. I had the best steamed mussels of anywhere I’ve eaten and my wife had an incredible fish and chips. This house is wonderful, just a short drive from Fort Mason'

'Our hosts took such good care of us, arriving on a wet wet day they prepared the hot tub for us, organised a late dinner at most excellent pub in walking distance through wonderful countryside for delightful delicious home cooked food . Sleep was very comfortable and breakfast a knock out in presentation and selection. '

'We can’t say enough about our stay here. The owners were two of the most hospitable hosts we’ve ever had. It felt like we were friends who had come for a visit after not seeing each other for many years. Food was great! The room was sweet and comfortable. We loved our stay and will plan on returning when we’re next ‘across the pond.’ When we were leaving, the owner came hurrying out to wave goodbye to us as we were pulling out of the driveway. That’s a first for us! '
