'The place was clean on the inside. The parking lot was number for parking but was not maintained for snow/ice removal, and no salt left for people staying. The heat was not on when we arrived and there was no welcome book to help explain things. I was able to quickly message the man to which he gave us instruction on how to turn on the gas fireplace.
