Cottages in Gatlinburg - Pigeon Forge

'We did not get check in information, when we called VR BO they said they would cancel our reservation and someone would call to assist us with another reservation…they never did ! An hour later we got a call from the owner and got check in information at about 8:00. The property was great. This was disappointing since we had just had a reservation canceled in Florida with vrbo and was also told we would be contacted when the host canceled a 18 night reservation…again no help. I am a vrbo host I...

'We loved the view from the master bedroom overlooking the creek! Everything worked in perfect order. Good communication with the hosts. '

'We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 '

'Daniel was very accommodating on last minute changes to our reservation (our fault) Pricing was very affordable.The location was good for a nice drive off the beaten path to Gatlinburg, clean towels, linens and plenty of hot water. Thanks for opening your home to us.'
