'We just got back home from a lovely stay at Miguel’s place. We appreciated being able to drop off our luggage at noon so we didn’t have to bring it with us until we checked in later in the afternoon. Miguel made the place shine and it was a cute and cozy place for us to stay. Great location, close to Metro and in a nice neighbourhood in the 6th arrondissement. Apartment was rather worn and in need of a deep clean (stained carpet, grimy shower curtain and corners, bed creaked at every move…) and sparse, but it had all the basics. Would have liked a microwave and dryer. Ad was very clear about the four stories of stairs and no elevators so that was expected - FYI it is an old slanting spiralling...

'The apartment was well located with easy access to restaurants, the river, Bateaux Bus and Museums. However, check-in required retrieving the key from a lock box at a laundry with no human contact, the key was not available until the exact checkin time. Same procedure for check out. Anyone renting this apartment should be advised in advance that there are no “amenities” ie no soap, no paper towels, no tissues,no shower supplies and remarkably NO TOILEt PAPER.
