Appartementen in Station Paris Boulevard-Victor

'What a quaint, cozy spot to enjoy the fantastic city of Paris! An easy 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, at which point you can also pick up sightseeing buses to help you decide where to go next! The apartment had all the necessary conveniences and was clean and airy. Would love to go back some day!'

'We (my son and I) really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Although the owners did not welcome us in person, they send a big email with all the necessary information, and the rest was pretty much self-explanatory. The apartment is situated in the middle of the St-German student 'quartier', with cosy small streets and lots of restaurants. We could park the car relatively cheaply in the nearby St-German parking garage. Groceries and shopping could be done at walking distance (TIP: take the...

'A bit small for 5 adults but would be nice for 2-3 adults'

'Terrific location with walking access to busses and trains. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and Musee D'Orsay. Rue Cler had cafe's and shops, right outside the door. Very clean and well worth the price!'

'I had a very disappointing and unsettling experience staying at Bridge St Saint Germain. The listing photos did not accurately reflect the reality of the property at all. The apartment was run down, with sparse and in some cases broken furniture, making it feel neglected and poorly maintained. Several basic amenities were not functioning—most notably, the bathroom sink was clogged, light fixtures didn’t work, and the internet was completely down. These are essentials, not luxuries, especially...

'The Meh:The only way to access the second bedroom is by walking through the first. The first bedroom has only a bench at the end of the bed to set your things. The dresser drawers in the second bedroom are difficult to use so only the top of the dresser was good for storage of our things. The bathroom is very tiny, but expected by the pictures. The bathroom has an odour similar to cat urine. Overall the apartment felt dingy and in need of a good scrubbing. Not dirty, but not fresh and welcoming....

'This unit had no air conditioning. There were fans that were covered in dust. The portable air unit was blowing hot and cold air. The number I called from the page after not receiving any check in details, had a very rude lady answer. The unit had a very foul smell.'

'Location ideal to see the sites of Paris. Great for our family of 6.'

'Great location, close access to all the sights, metro and groceries across the street.Apartment was spacious and nicely appointed however several issues added to the rating.First, noise - the building is old and the floors are very loud and squeaky. Not a problem for most buildings, however, because they are wood, sounds travels easily. We travelled with our kids and had neighbours ask us to be more quiet when honestly we were just walking around.Second, no A/C and not enough fans. We were...

'It is a lovely home. It is on a great location. Thank you'

'The property is very nice, although I do not think it is worth all the money required to rent it, including a hefty service charge of over 400. The second bedroom is much smaller than the pictures revealed. Pictures do not always reveal the “whole truth”. There was no bakery nearby which was a surprise and somewhat of a hardship getting bread in the morning. Otherwise the location is great. The information book left by the owners needs to be updated, although it is in general most thoughtfully...

'Excellent location, very comfy bed, great communication! Slight glitch with checking in, but that was mostly caused by our flight being delayd a couple of hours.'

'Très bel appart dans un environnement pas du tout bruyant très bien pour dormir de même très près de tous les servies métro boulangerie épicerie resto . La Clim a été très apprécié compte tenu de la canicule'

'Logement fonctionnel, proche du métro'

'Avoid at all costs. This property is managed by some, non descript property management company that was abhorrent to deal with. We checked in and they had not supplied a crib or highchair that we needed for our child. When reaching out to the "host" the property management company could not get their act together to get us this despite HOURS of messaging. They cited "road closures" as an issue for delivering the crib and highchair but there were no issues with the roads or closures when we...

'This rental was a pearl hidden in the museum district, just steps from the tower. Elisa is the owner and was extremely helpful with tips for travel and restaurants. The building is old with huge doors and charm beyond your thoughts. There is a 2 person balcony that looks out on the Siene River. The views from each room are outstanding. Be aware each rental comes with 1 key. The laundry is not for public use. All of my beautiful experiences in Paris, along with meeting a new friend in Elisa, I...
