'The property is beside the port which was an excellent spot for us. Plenty of cooking gear and cutlery. Good shower but small. Code box was on the right near the ground which took a bit of detective work. Steep stairs at the entrance.'

We travelled during a very hot period - the place had one fan that worked well but not enough to keep the whole place cool. I had done a filter to include A/C - somehow that did not go through to the actual booking - not at all the fault of the property just flagging it is hot.'

'The apartment was on one of the top floors and there is an elevator but it is small, but it works just fine. Check in was easy as the key was easy to find and get. The apartment is plenty of room for 2 people and maybe even three. The bedroom was comfortable (not very big but big enough for sleeping purposes) and the AC worked really well and kept me cool at night. The bathroom was fine but the shower is small. 'The property was perfectly located and with walking distance of the Anglais promenade, old town and port. Nice- Ville is close by to the accommodation to walk to with luggage. Location is in a fairly quiet area. The accommodation has all the modern facilities including a dishwasher & washing machine. Our host was amazing and was there to meet and greet us when we arrived. 'Perfect stay! Apartment was great for 3 couples (parents and adult kids with significant others). Quiet and well-equipped. Communication with host was clear and timely. Location just off Place Rossetti was perfect. Beach, marketplace, stairs to Colline du Chateau all just a short walk away. One thing to note is that taxis cannot get to the apartment (pedestrian street) so it’s about a 5 minute easy walk from the drop off to the door.'

'It was wonderful staying in the old part of Niece. Loved the high ceilings and great air conditioner. It was hot during my visit and coming back to a nice cool place helped me sleep very well! Quiet spot too.'
