A lovely home-away-from-home — clean, comfortable, well appointed. Perfect for three couples. Ideally located in the heart of Old Town — although a bit noisy late in the evening, the charm and convenience more than make up for it. Karine was a gracious and responsive host. Highly recommended — we’d happily return!

We had a nice stay at this apartment and was very conveniently located in Old Town Nice. The pictures are an accurate description of the place and the hosts are very nice and easy to deal with. The only thing to be aware of is the apartment is next to a few bars that are are loud past midnight. They provide earplugs for this and we were able to sleep but would just caution for those with young kids.

The location was perfect for getting to the promenade quick, access to restaurants, etc. The only downfall which other reviews mentioned was the noise. I can be quite loud at night and sometimes until 2am or later. The owner does provide earplugs.

Elegant, bright and spacious apartment, balancing contemporary features with old world charm. Huge French windows overlook a bustling pedestrian street. Minutes away from exceptional restaurants, the daily outdoor market, beach clubs and the sea. Overall, this is an excellent property. The location is tough to beat, both the owner and property manager were exceptionally proactive and responsive, and the apartment itself is both comfortable and well-equipped. Our only complaint is the noise. Every night, revelers were whooping it up until 3-4-5am, and even the double pane windows and ear plugs did little to block it out. But that's the only issue. If you know about that potential inconvenience going in, you're up for a wonderful stay!

Heart of Old Nice

This property is in the very heart of Old Nice. We had dinner each night in an excellent restaurant located less than a city block away. The apartment is roomy and comfortable. (It is necessary to use stairs to access it, which was not a problem for our group but might be for others.) The street below remains noisy with revelers until the wee hours but we used the ear plugs provided to deal with that as the price to be paid for the convenience and ambience of the location.

Perfect Apartment in Nice.

Our family of 5 enjoyed everything about this apartment. The location is fantastic. Everything is updated and CLEAN. Parking is easy to find so that is a huge plus since we rented a car for the week. The manager is quick to respond and extremely helpful. If we get back to Nice we will hope to stay here AGAIN.

This was a perfect place to stay for our family while visiting Nice. Excellent communication from host. It is noisy at night which was fully disclosed ahead of time. Host provided ear plugs which blocked out most of the noise. I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing apartment in amazing location

My family including 3 children loved staying here for four days!! Clean, safe, cozy, plenty of room, modern updated feel. We cooked several meals here with the full kitchen and utensils. All of our questions were answered promptly. We would definite stay here again and recommend this property to others. The location is excellent and is just a short walk from breathtaking hillside views of the Mediterranean Sea, multiple restaurants, and the beach. We did not want to leave. Just a perfect place to stay. Fabulously located in the heart of the old city in Nice. Truly just a few steps to the beach and a few steps to the tram. This was the perfect apartment for our group of six! We had both enough space for privacy as well as a great area for relaxing and cooking meals together. Arrival and check-in was so easy (to include being fortunate to have met the wonderful Karine). The location was great, communication was excellent, and the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry were well stocked. We have been to Nice many times and this was the best place we’ve stayed!
