Flats in Paris Gare de l'Est

'Vrbo10/10Posted Jul 12, 2026Oliver was a great host and made himself available if we needed anything, though we didn’t, The apartment was well equipped and provided everything we needed and the location was great as it was near shops, restaurants, grocery stores and the metro. I would highly recommend this place for travelers.'

'Great location. Quiet side street, yet close to plenty of amenities: groceries, bars, restaurants. Walking distance to the centre of town, if you’re a good walker (30 to 45 minutes). Very easy access to public transportation. The host is very friendly and accommodating. Comfortable bed. The apartment is spotless and has everything you need (hot plates & microwave for a few meals at home), but with all the restaurants close by you probably won’t want to do much of that. There is even a great...

'This is a wonderful apartment in a great area (quiet too!) with bars, restaurants, easy Metro access. The owner has decorated with a lot of creative and unique art. The kitchen has everything you need. The apartment sits in a courtyard that one must pass through two locking doors to access, so it was very safe. Nice neighbors too. Olivier was very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately our flight was canceled so we had to take a flight that arrived after midnight. Olivier checks in guests in...

'This is our third time staying in this beautiful apartment—the location cannot be beat, the air conditioning works well and the apartment is spacious enough for our family of four to spread out comfortably. The cherry on top is that Marcello is a very kind and welcoming host who truly ensures that your stay in Paris in his apartment goes smoothly. Now that we have stayed here three times we feel like this is our Parisian home away from home! Merci, Marcello!'

'The apartment was clean, the host clearly communicated instructions and the location was incredibly convenient- close to the Parmentier metro stop so SUPER easy to travel around Paris. We felt very safe with the 4 parallel deadbolts securing the door. Loved being in the middle of a neighborhood. Highly recommend!'

'Wonderful apartment in great neighborhood with easy access to metros, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, etc. The owner met us at our arrival and showed us how to use the keys and codes to get in. He gave us an overview of the place and answered questions. He was easy to contact, but once there we had no reason to. The space was exceptionally clean. We didn’t use the kitchen for cooking, mainly for morning coffee and tea, but it is very well equipped. The main area - kitchen, table, desk - has...

'This is a comfortable apartment on the top floor of an older building, with big windows looking out over rooftops. Everything works as it is supposed to: the lift is small but reliable, the shower is strong with plenty of hot water, and the rooms were a comfortable temperature even as it was unusually cold outside. The WiFi worked well and the tv has streaming options. The bedroom is very quiet because it’s in the back and higher than what’s behind it. Located very close to two metro stations:...

'It’s giving institutional vibes. White walls, no decor, just a white box. The building is dark and the walls are paper thin. Air conditioning barely worked during the hottest week of the year. Automatically cutting off and having to be manually reset every hour or so. One morning of our stay, before 9am, there is literal banging on our door. A man claiming to be the unit owner says they need to change the air filters in our units because “this was the only time it could happen, once a year, has...

'Our stay at Villa Bastille exceeded every expectation we had and was truly one of the finest hospitality experiences we have ever enjoyed. From the moment we arrived, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy our time in Paris. The villa itself is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and perfectly located, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was Agnes.Agnes is an absolute gem and the heart of Villa Bastille. Every morning she prepared a delicious...

'This lovely studio is in a fantastic location surrounded by shops, bistros, and fantastic open air markets. There is convenient access to the Metro but the true delight is how walkable the neighborhood is, as well as offering proximity to many Paris highlights. The view onto the courtyard is very charming and the studio has everything you need to get you started out in the morning and to welcome you home in the evening. I will definitely stay here again!'

'Jätte bra läge nära Métro etc'

'Our family of four stayed here for 2 weeks in June, during the heat wave, coming from the US. Thankfully, the air conditioning works very well! I'd stay here again just for the air conditioning. But in addition, the space is bright, spacious, well-provisioned (cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, sheets, wifi), and very convenient (in terms of nearby grocery stores, restaurants, easy walk to sacre-coeur, subway access, elevator), and the host is responsive. I would definitely stay here again...

'We had a very nice day in this apartment. The apartment is spacious. Has everything needed for cooking. '
