'Juan les Pins is a great location! Such a great beach vibe without so many crowds like Nice and Monaco. The studio is convenient to the beach but transportation is needed from the train station, too far to walk with luggage. Also the bed is a sofa bed that is not the best. The management was kind enough to bring another duvet as the mattress on the springs was too thin. If they could buy a good mattress topper this might fix the issue. 'Overall a good apartment for a short stay. I would recommend the manager to clean the patio better than it was, as well as to have a better inventory of kitchen utensils. Unfortunately, the apartment inventory description does not fit the content in the drawers and cabinets. Also, making the building area completely smoke-free would also be a great addition to families traveling with small children.
