'We stayed for 4 days at this amazing villa. It is very clean and has great views through the trees down to the sea. Communication with Derrick was easy and he did arrange for the pool and hot tub to be heated as we requested. If you are staying here in the Spring it would probably be worth asking for the heaters to be turned on a couple of days before arrival as they took a day to get up to temperature. The spaces and design of the villa worked really well for our two families with 4 children...

'The villa was wonderful! Live even nicer than on the pictures. Ping pong table, basketball place, Billard, Pool etc anything you need to have a great time. Villa was clean and had everything needed in the kitchen or the rooms. A lot of space also for the cars. Very private house with a big gate so that no one can look inside and you can enjoy your privacy. The fair company is very helpful with organising anything you need during your stay. 'Als wir nach einer langen Autoreise am Ferienhaus ankamen waren wir positiv überrascht von dem Haus und dem Garten. Alles sah in Natur viel schöner aus als auf den Fotos. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Unsere beiden Töchter im Teenageralter hatten einen eigenen Bereich mit eigenem Bad und wir Eltern ein Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer und Balkon in der ersten Etage. Location of the house was excellent for going to either Antibes Centre or Juan les Pins in a few minutes and having Nice and Cannes close by. 'Naast de drie hogergenoemde punten, springen in het oog: uitgebreid en heel persoonlijk ontvangst van de huiseigenaar, mogelijkheid hem tijdens verblijf hulp te vragen (woont vlakbij, maar niet nodig gehad), ruime parkeerplaats. Bakker en Casino (=grootwarenhuis) op 4 minuten wandelafstand. Strand (900 m) en Oud-Antibes (ruim 20 minuten wandelen) redelijk dichtbij, in praktijk toch meestal de auto genomen.'
