'Alles was goed '

'The place is okay, but honestly, it could be so much better. No in-room dining options. We were told we could order breakfast downstairs at the bistro and take it back to our room, which isn't exactly premium service. Breakfast was disappointing. We were asked how we'd like our eggs cooked, although I'm not sure why they bothered. My over-easy eggs looked like they'd been splattered into the pan and forgotten about. I sent them back. 'Excellent!'

'Where is my bonus night ?'

'the guy there very kindly let us check in early to a clean and well equipped room. It was situated in a random place in an industrial area but there were eateries nearby and Uber to take you into...

'Perfect! We loved it'

'Lovely, quiet accommodation.'

'The room was just perfect, nicely decorated and with a spacious balcony. The sofa bed was made up in advance to accommodate our 6 year old. Very convenient location, close to all the main attractions and shop. We also loved the rooftop bar, very cosy and a great place to be after a long day out!'

'I stayed in a superior studio room and it was lovely. Room really clean & smelled nice on arrival. Hotel is in a very central but quiet location. Comfortable bed and excellent shower. I really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you.'
