'Clearly a recent building or very well renovated given the paint smell when entering the room (wich was noticeable but gone very quickly when turning on the airconditioning). Very light and modern setting with friendly and helpful staff. Not directly to the beach so you’re located at a more quiet place. Yet the beach is less then a 5 minute walk where there’s a plethora of dining options to choose from along the coastline. Divided with cute little beach shops in between. Would stay again and...

'Friendly staff, in my stay for a week no making the bed or clean sheets, i had to ask for new towels. Only 4 chairs at the pool and every day i had to ask to open the pool. The hotel is a bit noisy but i felt save and welcome due to the staff.'

'Wat een hartelijk welkom van Michael en zijn vrouw. Tot in de puntjes verzorgde kamer, heel netjes en schoon. Een prachtig huis om in te verblijven! Wij zaten in het bijgebouw en onze vrienden in het grote huis. Zo sfeervol! De enige tip die we hebben als verbeterpunt is de waterdruk voor douche en wasbak. Voor de rest is alles voortreffelijk. Genoten van het ontbijt, er wordt alles vers voor je bereid. Dikke aanrader!'

'Absolutely wonderful. It is our go to in Galveston every year. The only thing this year, they ran out of ice buckets so we did not have an ice bucket in our room. Otherwise, it’s just the best.😎'

'The flooring is damaged, there was a fan in the hallway on the floor, the wifi was down, and the light fixtures had some kind rusty wear and tear on it. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The night clerk was very hospitable. I did get a message the weekend before saying they had wifi problems but hoped it would be restored by the time I arrived. It wasn’t.'

'Lobby rest room was closed. We were told that our room was sold when we got there, no communication prior. Large cardboard boxes in lobby Front desk clerk (lady) was abrasive and dismissive and unhelpful We were happy to go elsewhere.'

'We stayed at this hotel on the way to a cruise, and it was perfect for a quick stopover. The hotel is a typical Quality Inn. It was affordable and clean. The lady at the front desk was nice and friendly. The only reason I'm ranking it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the room had some kind of smell to it. Just so you know, there is no fitness center. I couldn't find much information on the website because it's a chain, but I did find some sites online that said there is a fitness center....
