« Room was outdated; no bed liner; refrigerator didn't work; the shower handle came off the wall; the fire alarm went off at 2:30am and had to get up and walk outside in cold weather. The cost for a nightly stay is not worth it. »

« This property is atrocious. It should be a Motel 6. It was filthy, there were homeless people fighting in the parking lot, someone was throwing bricks over the side at the parked cars. My grandson and I booked this hotel based of the the previous ratings. We were too scared to walk to our room. We left and booked a room at the Westin. »

« Overall we had a nice stay. The staff member who checked us in appeared to be new and needed to get approval to allow us to check in about 30 minutes early, and they weren’t able to answer some basic parking questions. « This was the cleanest property I have stayed in, in a long time. I always travel travel with cleaning products and disinfectant. I did not feel that I had to clean very much. I didn’t even see dust in the windows. The staff that I encountered were all nice. We didn’t eat at the property, but were glad the option to do so was there. The location is great. They is plenty to do within walking distance. We could see the Aquarium from one of our windows. My only gripe was the parking. It is not...

« It is right in the middle of downtown. There are plenty of things to do! The room stayed cool when we used ac and it stayed warm at night when we used the heat. The staff there are absolutely amazing! Especially Jordan! »
