Admiral's Cocktail Cove is the latest production of the owner of Admiral's Club, Admiral's Mountain Lake Chalet, and Admiral's Retreat. Admiral's Properties homes are 5-star rated properties on Lake Lanier, GA. Admiral's Cocktail Cove is nestled atop its own private peninsula overlooking 2 sides of the lake. The walk to the deep-water dock is gentle. The property is an ideal destination for those who enjoy an intimate relationship with nature and treasure their privacy.

Admiral's Cocktail Cove packs all the interesting ingredients make up a great vacation into a unique experience. You can set your backpack and go hiking in the forest one day. And the next, you could pick which side of the peninsula you'd like to enjoy, camp on one side or sunbathe on the dock sundeck on the other, even rent our boat and take off to explore the beautiful lake surroundings and major destinations such as Sunset Cove, Port Royale, and Aqualand, etc.

During the evening or when rain or outdoor fatigue sets in, you can retire inside to enjoy the game room with our ping pong and pool tables while watching a sports channel or your preferred programming, play Scrabble, cards, etc. And perhaps, get your favorite meat and veggies on the BBQ grill off the game room or the off that's off the main floor kitchen. All at the same time!

This property has 5 flat screen TVs, which provide free access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Sling TV. It also provides Wi-Fi and High-Speed Internet at 75 Mbps.

Once you book this charming and spacious lake house, it is totally yours for the duration of your stay. There are no parts of this house that are off limit to our guests.

My crew and I are on tap for any questions and/or issues, which might arise during your stay. We provide rapid response to emergencies and immediate needs. You should feel free to alert us anytime.

Admiral's Cocktail Cove offers great privacy and distance relative to neighbors. It also steals the beauty of the neighborhood due to its unique position relative to the other properties. It is as if it owns the peninsula and the forest on its left flank.

Admiral's Cocktail Cove is within 5 miles of shopping centers. However, guests need to have their personal cars to get around.

As for any other lake house, this property utilizes a septic system. This means that water conservation is important and must be a conscious commitment on everyone's part.

Family vacation

Everything was beautifully presented in the house. Plenty of room and well equipped. The grounds are beautiful and the whole area is delightful. The lake is gorgeous and we rented jet skis snd a pontoon boat from the owner and had a blast. Ray was very accommodating and very easy to work with. Would definitely go back!

Great Stay, even better than the pictures!

Love this house, will be coming back if Ray will have us. Very clean and sooo much room. A lot of adults but the house never felt small. Multiple grills and tons of comfortable places to sit made it a really relaxing stay. The cove is perfectly tucked away too so no traffic or wakes even mid-day Saturday in-season. So clean, great communication, couldn’t be happier with this choice. Thank you!!

Lakefront Privacy

Although in a neighborhood, the feel of this place is as if you are secluded. We found the property to be exactly as described, if not more. The property was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The property owner was very responsive. OUr only regret was that we could not stay longer!

Absolutely Gorgeous, Awesome House!

Our large family needed a vacation home for the Christmas holidays and this house could not have been more perfect! The rooms are much larger and even more beautiful than the photos indicate. The game room got tons of use by the teens and younger kids, and the basement bunkbed room was perfect for all of the boys. Use of the kayaks was a blast. This is probably our favorite rental house of all time. And we have stayed in a lot of rental houses! The owner responds faster to our texted questions than any other owner we have worked with. And a huge bonus was that it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We will not hesitate to rent one of the houses available from this owner, especially THIS incredible house, again in the future.

Words can't describe how awesome our stay was!

From finding the home on VRBO to getting VERY PROMPT responses from Ray to feeling 100% at ease when booking the home to the entire stay there to checking out, my family and I could not have written a better experience! Ray was AMAZING and NEVER took more than 10 minutes to respond before and after we booked. Myself, my hubby and our sons (6YO & 11YO) ALL had a blast! There was plenty to do at the home, we woke up to breath taking sunrises EVERY morning, the lake view and walk to the dock was priceless. We would DEFINITLEY go back AND will recommend this property to EVERYONE! Take a bow "Rockin Ray" you deserve it!

Would highly recommend this for a family gathering or time with friends. Beautiful view, comfortable and well kept house, amenities including kayaks, pool table, ping pong table, and outdoor grills. Peaceful getaway. We came in December and will be back for a summer visit.

Lovely Lake Get Away

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at Admiral's Cocktail Cove. The location on the lake was perfect for our boating needs of skiing and wake boarding. The house is well represented in the pictures on the website and Ray was always available if and when we had a question. His responses were always prompt! We were challenged with the recycling and trash management for the week as recycling was not picked up from previous guests. I recommend having extra trash bags and/or storage to help manage recycling especially if you will be cooking and eating most of your meals on site. Overall, that did not hinder our relaxing week spent on the lake.

This is a great house on Lake Lanier with a nice deep water dock. The house is very well stocked with everything you need. The kids enjoyed the pool table and pig ping table and liked having their own space in the basement.

This is a perfect lake cabin. Rustic and cozy. All the kids loved the bunk room! The swing on the screened in porch was my favorite place for coffee! Ray was awesome and even put a second jet ski ramp on the dock for us. The path down to the dock is well done so the walk is easy. Many places don't have a big gas grill that works well and the one here is both!! Having a dock with a boat lift was also perfect for us. We can't wait to come back in cold weather and use the fireplace! We loved it and will be back!

Beautiful house with a Great Lake view.

We booked Dec. 28th thru Jan. 1st for a NewYear’s Eve family wedding in Dahlonega. The Christmas tree was still up and gave a warm cozy feel. We didn’t know how it would be in the mountains in the winter. Roads and streets are steep hills and curvy. Winter rains and heavy fog made us have to get out several times at night to make sure there really was a road where we were supposed to turn, but after a few times in and out...we were confident. Only one hand towel per bathroom and one bath towel per person, but there is a washer and a dryer. We could have used more dish towels and pot holders. Four families in one house...four times the fun!

Beautiful place!

This house was the perfect setting for a weekend away on the lake. It was cold so we did not exactly have a chance to enjoy the lake, but the scenery was amazing and the house was very comforting with lots of things to do. Ray is an outstanding host. We had some trouble with the A/C and it was resolved almost immediately. He's very responsive, courteous, and honest. I would definitely recommend this house to families and close friends.
