'Large beautiful home and comfortable beds! Property owner was very friendly. Just remember you’re in the mountains so there’s wildlife and bugs everywhere. The view of a deer strolling down the driveway while we were making dinner and a black bear through the trees as we were driving to the pool was an exciting surprise! '

'Here is some info for people who want to bring boat. We rented this property for guys weekend. I don't live too far away so I brought a boat. Several of the local ramps are currently closed. The closest open ramp was Old Federal. It's 15-20 minutes from the dock by road and about the same by boat running around 20 MPH. The water at the dock is shallow but I didn't have any issues with my 25' deck boat. Parking the trailer at the house wasn't easy. We ended up backing the trailer into a...

'Great location and perfect accommodations for friends and family. Great common space and also the perfect place to get away in your own personal space when needed. 10 out of 10 recommend. '

'The cabin was super cozy and welcoming. We were only in town for a few days to celebrate a friend's wedding, and unfortunately, we did not get to spend much time at the cabin due to event schedule. Would definitely go back for a longer stay in Big Canoe!'

'Loved the layout of this lake house. Plenty of space. Perfect amount of separation between kids and couples. Awesome common areas for us to gather. More than enough bathrooms which prevented arguments.That’s a huge plus. We loved the closeness of the private dock. Kids fished and the easy access to the boat and jet ski made everything care free. It was clean and easy to communicate with the manager. No complaints about this house or our vacation. '

'This is an awesome property. The arrangement of the bedrooms and bathrooms made it easy for family to have privacy but also plenty of nice, comfortable space. 'Home was clean and neat with a cabin feel. Came to kayak fish but weather changed to poor. 15 minute kayak ride to Lumpkin ramp, which was convenient to use dock for boats / kayaks. Nice stay. One thing, no garbage cans on site..'
