Located close to the city centre, this flat is a 5-minute walk from Funchal's Old Town, one of Funchal's prime tourist areas.

This pleasant flat is part of a small city condominium and has two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. Both rooms have good sun exposure.

In the living room, you'll find a cosy space equipped with a sofa bed, dining table and television, so you can relax after a long day on the island. Through the lounge you have access to a small balcony, where you can relax or take your meals at the outdoor table.

Next to the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your own meals. The flat has a bathroom equipped with a bathtub.

Building located close to Funchal city centre. The main places of interest close to the property include São Tiago Fort, the Old Town, Funchal Cathedral and Avenida do Mar.
If you choose to go to the centre of Funchal, take the opportunity to explore the city, visit the Farmers' Market and sample Madeiran cuisine in the typical restaurants.

Getting around
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

Other observations
- We would like to inform you that a Tourist Tax will be charged to all people staying in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. Before the arrival, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
