  • Apartment great charm located on Lido area near the sea and tourist center of Funchal. No need of car as you can walk to the beach, restaurants and pharmacy, supermarkets and shopping center.

    A very spacious apartment (160 m2) located on the 5th floor, Penthouse.
    It has two large bedrooms with sea view, 2 full bathrooms, spacious living room with sea view and terrace facing south receiving immense sun all day and can enjoy the mild climate of Funchal while looking at the sea. Large kitchen where they can-eat 6 people and dining room. Served by a lift from the car park with private place. Furnished with great refinement and comfort elegant touches, while maintaining the comfort and providing everything you need for a short vacation or several months.
    A very complete apartment located in a very quiet and safe area served by public transport (buses), stop at 20metros.
    The private parking, with opening with command, has private place is at street level and served by elevator that takes you directly to the apartment.

Great stay

We were very happy with the condo. It is spacey, clean, lots of windows and my favorite balcony with an ocean view, perfect for the morning coffee. Frederica was very accommodating, friendly and responsive. Kitchen was well stocked and we had a nice surprise of welcome started kit of coffee, fruits, bread, ham and cheese which greatly appreciated after long travel day. Location was great for us too.

Excellent accommodation

Accommodation was spacious, stylish and comfortable. Location involved some walking to get to central Funchal but we were quite happy to do this. Our holiday was very relaxing and enjoyable. We wished we had been staying a few days longer.

Stayed over New year for several nights, had brilliant view of some of the fireworks and of the sea from the balcony, everything you need is within a short 5-10 minutes walking distance and it's only a 20-30 minute drive from the airport. Frederica is a wonderful host, who responds quickly to any messages and provides anything additional that's needed. The apartment is immaculately clean and very well equipped, a bonus for anyone who likes to cook their own food or has additional dietary needs. The secure underground car parking and lift was a godsend (my son required crutches having sprained his ankle), as was the memory foam mattress which helped him to sleep more comfortably. All cleaning products, some cupboard foods including tea and coffee was really helpful, as was meeting Frederica who welcomed us to the apartment and provided extra information to support our stay. The welcome pack of fresh fruit and other provisions was a lovely touch. Thanks again for providing a wonderful experience Frederica, obrigada

First visit to Madeira

Superb apartment, very spacious with comfortable furniture and every facility to make it home from home. Location was perfect, bus stop just outside the property the service was very frequent. Supermarket and restaurant a short walk away. Frederica couldn’t have made us more welcome, she answered queries immediately and made excellent suggestions to make our stay memorable.

Frederica maintains a beautiful apartment, furnished with good quality/comfortable furniture and an amazing array of antiques and works of art to make the apartment feel like home. Fabulous!

A delightful owner, who helped to make our holiday one of the best. A very spacious, clean and well presented apartment. There was everything you would need to make your stay as easy as possible. The location was fantastic. There was a bus stop just outside and lots of excellent restaurants and shops very close by. It was only short walk down to the coast line. We would recommend the apartment to anyone.
