« Great family vacation. The property is perfect for a large group. Plenty of room to spread out or be together. Ben is attentive and very responsive when something comes up. Rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working and couldn’t be fixed during our stay but the pool was so much fun for all. »

« The house was beautiful! We enjoyed the fact that it was so close to town, but in a quiet neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities offered! In addition, the host went above what we've experienced the past. Provided coffee (this is always a win for me!!), robes, and so much more. The bed and furniture are wonderfully comfortable and I probably could have slept on the couch! We will definitely use this again in future visits. »

« Incredible location, close to Storyland, downtown North Conway, Echo Lake, and down the street from Cranmore. The backyard/grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, and we loved using the hot tub and fire pit and looking out at the mountain views. There is a lot of space and the house seemed sound proof, which was nice since we were with family and kids ranged from age 2-10! The library was so cozy. The beds could use an upgrade, but otherwise everything was perfect! »

« House was as great as advertised. House was clean and everything worked like it should. Only complaint is that the kitchen range had its numbers scraped off. We could not tell which burner was controlled by which nob and if it was cooking on high or low. »

« My stay was great. Just a couple of things.. there is only a double bed w a bunk above in the second bedroom. Not the other bed, like in the pictures. It was fine for us, but just an FYI. There is a wall ac unit that works very well, w remote. It took a little bit to figure it out, tho. It wouldve been nice to have an info packet on how to use that, n also the fireplace remote. And local places to go.Very close to a general store, little further (20 min) to a walmart. A map to get in and out of...
