House Rules:

❗ No Party policy.
❗ No Indoor Smoking (which includes any form of electronic smoking).
❗ No Pets.
❗ Quiet hours are after 11pm, thank you for respecting our neighbors
❗ Must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
❗ Please take off shoes at the entrance
❗ Please leave the home in the same condition you find it (return furniture to its original spot).

A $500 hold for incidentals will be placed two days prior to check-out and automatically released three days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition.

Please Note:

❗ We`re currently in the process of upgrading the furniture and enhancing other aspects of the guest experience. Some of the items shown in the photos may be updated or improved by the time you check in :)

❗ While there are woods on either side and mountain views in the back, we are on a beautiful 35 mph road with varying busy-ness. There`s a privacy fence and some trees that keep it feeling relatively private, but you can see the road and will hear cars passing.

❗ The cabin is professionally cleaned between each stay but please note the occasional cobweb or ant may be found (given the nature of the area).
❗ No Party policy.
❗ No Indoor Smoking (which includes any form of electronic smoking).
❗ No Pets.
❗ Quiet hours from 11pm to 7am.
❗ Must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

If any of these policies are breached we reserve the right to add a fee of $500 to cover damages.
